1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PVA Squid website (pvasquid.com) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Important: By placing an order with PVA Squid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

PVA Squid specializes in providing premium phone-verified (PVA) accounts for various platforms including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Messaging Apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Slack, Skype)
  • Email Services (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook)
  • Video & Streaming Platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Rumble)
  • AI Services (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini)
  • And 40+ other platforms

All accounts are created using real SIM cards from various regions including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia. Each account is verified with a unique phone number that is never reused.

3. Account Usage Policy

When you purchase accounts from PVA Squid, you agree to the following usage terms:

  • Accounts are for your personal or business use only. Reselling accounts without our permission is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your purchased accounts. We recommend changing passwords immediately after delivery.
  • We do not guarantee account longevity if you violate the platform's terms of service. Accounts are provided as-is.
  • You must comply with each platform's terms of service when using the accounts.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by platform providers such as account suspensions or bans.
Warning: Using accounts for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or violating platform terms may result in account suspension. PVA Squid is not liable for such actions.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal - Fast and secure payments
  • Cryptocurrency - Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20/ERC20)
  • Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer - For bulk orders only

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Payment must be received in full before accounts are delivered. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For bulk orders (50+ accounts), special pricing may be available. Please contact our support team for bulk pricing.

5. Refund & Warranty Policy

30-Day Warranty

We offer a 30-day replacement warranty on all accounts. If any account stops working within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it for free. Warranty covers:

  • Account login issues
  • Password reset failures
  • Account suspension due to our verification process

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We typically offer replacements rather than refunds. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver the ordered accounts within 24 hours
  • If the account is not as described in the product listing
  • If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

Note: We do not offer refunds if the account is banned due to your activities or violation of platform terms.

6. Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on fast delivery:

  • Standard Orders: Accounts are delivered within 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Bulk Orders (50+ accounts): Delivery within 24 hours.
  • Custom Orders: Delivery time varies based on requirements, typically 24-48 hours.

Accounts are delivered via email or through our automated delivery system. You will receive login credentials including username/email and password. Some accounts may include additional information such as 2FA codes or recovery emails.

If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our services and the accounts purchased from us, you agree NOT to:

  • Use accounts for illegal activities, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or malicious activities
  • Resell accounts without our explicit written permission
  • Attempt to hack, crack, or compromise our systems or accounts
  • Use accounts to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate the terms of service of any platform where accounts are used
  • Use accounts for any activity that could damage our reputation
Violation Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service, account suspension, and legal action where applicable.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our privacy practices:

  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Account suspension or banning by platform providers
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use purchased accounts
  • Third-party actions or platform policy changes

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific account giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PVA Squid website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of PVA Squid and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. The PVA Squid name and logo are registered trademarks.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Engaging in prohibited activities
  • Fraudulent or illegal behavior
  • Non-payment for services

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any pending orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about our practices.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
